Terms and Conditions

The D'EPOCA Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase on D'EPOCA, in the event that your item:

• Does not arrive
• Is broken during transit
• Is entirely different than what you purchased

With the exception of:

• Some made-to-order items and a limited selection of other items (noted as non-refundable in the returns and cancellations section of the product description)
• Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
• Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller  
• Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

All sales are final 48 hours after delivery.  

• On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.

To request a return or notify us that you did not accept the item at pickup or delivery, please email ciao@depoca.co and include the order number and the reason for your return request.

Returns for D'EPOCA Local Pick-Up, Delivery and Parcel Shipping items:

For D'EPOCA Local Pick-Up, Delivery, and Parcel shipping orders, buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact ciao@depoca.co if they wish to return an item. The buyer is responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges, and they will be deducted from the buyer's original purchase price + taxes if applicable. 

For Parcel returns, buyers are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within three business days after the return shipping label (pre-paid by D'EPOCA) is received. The buyer may also be responsible for the packing charges incurred by the seller. Buyers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition.

When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:

1. The reason for the return
2. Your D'EPOCA order # (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
3. Your phone number
4. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review your return request, we will contact you with further instructions.

Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to the seller.

Returns for Local Pickup or Local Delivery items:

For Local Pickup and Local Delivery orders, all sales are final once the buyer, buyer's agent or buyer's shipper takes possession of item. The 48-hour return policy does not apply. If you decide to cancel the order at pick up, you,  your agent or your shipper must reject the item at the time of pickup or delivery from the seller. Do not take the item with you or accept the curbside delivery. Please contact ciao@depoca.co to let us know you did not accept the item and would like to initiate a refund. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation of refusal with the seller. 

To protect yourself from disappointment and the risk of a return, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect the item photos and details. Please ask questions about the item to ensure satisfaction before completing the purchase online. Items should also be closely inspected before deciding to take possession of the item at the time of local pickup or local delivery.
